1. Due to handmade quality, some pieces may vary slightly in colour, size and shape. These small and minor discrepancies do not warrant refund or exchange within our refund or exchange policy.

3. Care instructions: Wash by hand and let the pieces dry before storing. Dishwasher and microwave usage is not recommended. 

Sold out items- If the item you desire is sold out you can contact the email address provided with the name of the artist and product. We will send the query to the artist to see if they can fulfil this requested commission.

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. Nothing on Website constitutes, or is meant to constitute, advice of any kind. All the products sold on Website are governed by different state laws and if the seller is unable to deliver such products due to implications of different state laws, the seller will return or will give credit for the amount (if any) received in advance by the seller from the sale of such product that could not be delivered to you.

26 – FORCE MAJEURE: 

In the event of a force majeure act or upon the outbreak of certain natural and/or man-made calamity such as earthquake, war, riots, epidemics etc. the parties may be absolved of their responsibilities as warranted under these terms at the instance of Dharamkot Studio. Should the force majeure event permanently absolve a party of any of its responsibilities under these terms, the accounts and dues shall be settled.
